Dear Suzanne and Jaime. Finally the review I have promised! I have received my boots in perfect order thanks. First impressions are very good and the quality looks great. The internal length, after all your help and after I took so long to decide, is just right. (For other customers, I have a size UK 9 and my foot is 26,6 cm long). They feel very comfortable, especially the heel and ankle support. The only possible problem is that they might be slightly too narrow for my wide foot. I have not used them on a trek yet, but wear them a couple of times a week now to work or during afternoon walks to break them in. I keep the front laces quite loose and tighten the ones around the ankle to give my toes as much room as possible and for the moment I feel no pressure points at all. I'll have to see later how they cope with 2 pairs of socks. The final test will come next year with Mount Damavand in Iran; I'll let you know! But for now I'm really happy with them and thanks again for your endless patience and advice. For other customers, I am really impressed with the product and service of the Bon Cami team. The only thing that was frustrating is that they did not have my size when I needed it, but I think this is to be expected with such specialised hand-made products. The shoes are made at the Bestard factory close by. It takes about 2 weeks so plan ahead. Mats was my contact person there and he was also super helpful. Saludos. Muir
